SHIPPING POLICY

At Pitch Kits, we offer free delivery on all UK orders. We want your new kit to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 10 working days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
During peak periods (new kit releases, transfer windows, and holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
DELIVERY
We ship all orders via Royal Mail within the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10-13 working days. Shipping cost: Free on all orders.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to Royal Mail service disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
If you have not received your tracking information within 12 working days of placing your order, please contact us at rsthan@protonmail.com.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Pitch Kits is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
MISSING OR LOST PARCELS
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe places around your property.
- Contact Royal Mail directly to raise an enquiry.
- If the issue is not resolved, email us at rsthan@protonmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future.
